Refund policy
If the stock purchased from Mr Liquor is faulty, damaged or wrongly described, Mr Liquor will organise a return of the stock and deliver replacement stock or a refund of the price paid. All products returned must be in their original condition and packaging.
Mr Liquor does not offer refunds for change of labels or vintages as these may change from our suppliers without notice. If you are after a specific vintage please contact us for confirmation prior to purchasing.
Unless the product is faulty or the wrong product was delivered, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer.
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision. You must present your receipt as proof of purchase to obtain a refund.
