Mylonas Winery's Savatiano is grown in the Attica Peninsula just one hour from Athens on 50 year old Organic vines. Currently, one of the most widely planted grape varieties in Greece.
A lovely, complex, herbal nose, it bursts with lemon, citrus, thyme and sage aromas, underlain with minerals and subtle yeasty notes. The palate is dry and refreshing with lemon blossom flavors and finishes
with notes of citrus zest.
