The wines shows aromas of cherries, blackberries and notes of sweet spices and chocolate. Soft and fruity on the palate, with generous black fruit
aromas and hints of exotic spices towards the finish.
The grapes are hand-picked based on their level of ripeness and placed in small
crates. The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation and then is aged for six months in French oak barrels.
