Writers Tears Masala Cask is a pleasantly sweet whiskey with notes of apple, pear, sweet grapes, peach, vanilla and toffee. This combination of single pot still and single malt Irish whiskey was finished in 5 Marsala wine hogshead casks from the Florio winemakers in Sicily. The cask finish has lent fruity flavours, whilst retaining the fundamental profile of Irish single pot still whiskey.
